INSTRUCTIONS:

TO PARTICIPATE, YOU WILL NEED 2 DEVICES AND EARBUDS OR HEADPHONES.
...one device will be used to film your performance in "one take”.
...one device will play a backing audio track to align your performance
In general, phone cameras are way better than iPad cameras.
(Another way to say it is you need a “walkman" and a camera, but those might be more difficult to locate)
STEP 1 :
DOWNLOAD an AUDIO TRACK to audition the project.
You can use the FULL MIX OR any of the part specific mixes when you film your part.
UPDATE__ YOU NOW HAVE 2 CHOICES OF BACKING TRACK.
1. FULL TEMPO (120bpm) or 2. REDUCED 15% (102 bpm)
STEP 2 :

STEP 3 :
FILM YOURSELF
"PORTRAIT MODE”, framing from above your head to just below the bridge . FILL THE SCREEN WITH YOU! (not your ceiling).
LOUD AND ACCURATE CLAPS PLEASE. 3 claps with the backing tracks.
PRACTICE a few times before FILMING -
(In front of a sunny window is often better than artifical light)
PLEASE TUNE (A=440hz)

PLEASE reNAME YOUR FILE "# FIRST LAST" like "3A TONY ROGERS.mp4"
And ALSO put "SLOWED" at the end if you played the slowed version
